Who We Are

We are the roofers who plan like engineers and finish like artists. We design roofs for tight setbacks, HOA oversight, and storm seasons that bring sideways rain. We measure twice, bend metal on-site, and seal every penetration with layered precision.

We judge success by a dry ceiling in the hardest rain and a cooler attic in peak heat. We pick materials that fight heat, humidity, and salt without sacrificing style. Polite crews, punctual starts, and end-of-day cleanups are non-negotiable.

Services

We build service menus around your block, your climate, and your taste. Here is what we deliver:

  • Shingle systems with tough underlayments, balanced airflow, and crisp lines
  • Metal assemblies that lock against uplift and shed water fast
  • Tile installs, lift-and-relay programs, and ridge re-seating
  • Flat roof coatings, tapered insulation, and scupper/overflow tuning
  • Emergency tarping, leak triage, and storm hardening

Execution

Site prep keeps your property safe before tear-off begins. Controlled tear-off with rapid underlayment keeps rain out. Nail patterns, flashing sequences, and sealant control get inspected every day.

Weather calls trigger adjusted calendars and added protection. Daily cleanups mean your block stays calm and your yard stays safe. That is how we keep timelines honest and neighbors happy.

A Elkhart, Texas roof must move water fast, fight uplift, and breathethree goals we solve with layered design. Roof geometry comes first so water has a clean exit. Materials get matched to pitch, exposure, and code. Finally we install with tight tolerances so the system performs for years.

Ventilation prevents heat and humidity from cooking the deck. Cool pigments and metal options lower attic temps. Boots, collars, and counter flashing are layered to lock out weather. This is how comfort, efficiency, and durability align.

Our Process

Discovery: thermal scans, attic inspection, and deck probing. Design: material selection, color coaching, vent balance. Schedule: weather-aware calendars with backup windows. Build: phased tear-off, immediate dry-ins, respectful crews. We deliver photos, punch completion, and warranty-ready docs.

The history of Elkhart starts with Daniel Parker's Pilgrim Predestinarian Baptist Church. It was formed in Crawford County, Illinois in 1833, because the government of Mexico would not allow the Baptist church's organization within their borders. Daniel, and his father John Parker, led their congregation to Texas, settling in Austin's Colony in 1834. While John Parker's group settled and established Fort Parker (Limestone County), Daniel's group settled first in the territory that became Grimes County and later moved to the area around Fort Houston (Anderson County). Daniel Parker spent his time traveling and preaching in the homes of his scattered congregation. In 1836, the threats of General Santa Anna's troops in April 1836, and the attack of Fort Parker in May 1836 sent the remnant of John Parker's group to seek protection near Fort Houston. The Pilgrim Church resumed meetings in February 1837, and resolved in 1839 to build a church house, selecting 2.5 acres "on the north side of the bluff of the Harrison Fork of Bayou Blue near Daniel Parker's house". They constructed a log house and cleared a burial ground where Daniel Parker was buried in 1844. The church, now called Old Pilgrim Church, which has been replaced several times since the first log house, was the center of the community called Parker's Settlement, or just Pilgrim.
